Ingredientes:
1 1/2 de camarones frescos y limpios
1 cucharada de Consomé de Camarón Dela Familia
2 chiles verdes finamente picados
½ taza de cilantro fresco picado
2 claras de huevo
2 dientes de ajo picados
1/3 taza de harina de arroz o harina común
1 taza de aceite
Preparación:
Pela y quítale la vena a los camarones. Coloca los camarones junto con el chile, el cilantro, las claras, Consomé de Camarón Dela Familia y el ajo en el procesador de alimentos durante 10 segundos o hasta que se forme una pasta homogénea. Consomé de Camarón Dela Familia.
Coloca la preparación en un recipiente hondo y agrégale la harina. Refrigera la pasta durante unos 30 minutos.
Calienta el aceite en una sartén de fondo hondo. Vierte la pasta de a cucharadas o trata de formar bolitas, pásalas por un poco de harina para que puedas manipularlas, cocínalas durante 2 minutos, dándoles vuelta para que se doren por todos lados. Cuídate de no cocinarlas en exceso porque sino quedarán duras.
Cuando estén doradas, retíralas y escúrrelas en toallas de papel. Sirve enseguida.
